He moved to Canada in 1984 and worked at Cibo with Massimo Colavini from 1986 to 1988. He also worked at Sperling’s as the executive chef from 1989 to 1993 with Roger Sperling. His further work experiences include being the executive chef at Amore Trattoria and Rosewater Supper Club. Specializing in Italian cuisine, Mr. Chiniforoush opened his own restaurant under the name Esco Pazzo (best translated from Italian as "going crazy") in 2002, and then sold it in 2007 to an interested restaurateur. He joined Prego Della Piazza in 2007, and implemented a new exciting menu with a fusion of Italian and contemporary cuisine. |
